WHEN DOES A NEW BOARD OPEN?
Every morning at 4:20 AM Eastern. It's the same 26 cases for every player, and it stays open until 4:20 AM the next morning.
WHAT'S TODAY'S TARGET?
The amount to walk away with to stay in the season. It's on the home screen, at the top of the board and on every offer. It's the same for everyone.
HOW DO SEASONS WORK?
A season is seven days, Monday to Sunday. Beat the target every day to get through it. Miss it and you're out when the board closes, unless you hold a life.
WHAT DOES A LIFE DO?
After a miss, a life you hold keeps you in the season when the board closes, or you can spend it right away on another game of that day's board. Open LIVES on the home screen to see how many you have.
A PURCHASE DIDN'T ARRIVE
Open LIVES and tap RESTORE PURCHASES. If it still isn't there, email us with the date of the purchase. For a refund, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
I'M NOT GETTING NOTIFICATIONS
Go to Settings, Notifications, 26 Cases and turn on Allow Notifications. To get them during a Focus, turn on Time Sensitive Notifications there too.
CHANGE OR DELETE MY USERNAME
Email us your username and we'll change or delete it, with your avatar and your leaderboard games. See the privacy policy for deleting everything else.
